Karsten Just is Gefran’s new Chief Sales Officer

With a degree in electrical engineering, Karsten Just began his career in 1990 at ABB, a leading company in robotics, energy and automation, where in 2000 he is appointed the title of Managing Director of a Group company. In 2003 he then became a member of the Board of Directors as Executive Vice President Portfolio Management at Weidmüller Interface GmbH & Co. KG, an automation components company at that time with a turnover of appr. 350 million euros. After two years, in 2005 he became Managing Director Marketing & Sales at Leuze electronic GmbH & Co. KG, a manufacturer of sensors for factory automation applications and afterwards, thanks to the results reached, he took on the same role at BARTEC Top Holding GmbH for four years, managing the group’s worldwide marketing and sales activities, where his efforts allowed the company to sustainably grow revenues. In 2016, Just returned to the industrial sensor technology sector at Baumer Management Services AG, as CMO, CSO and member of the Executive Board, overseeing 17 commercial branches and managing marketing digitalization processes projects. As Chief Sales Officer in Gefran, Karsten Just will guide the Group’s sales strategic plan development, combining business expertise and technological know-how.
